CenterPoint Intermodal Center - Manteca, CA

CenterPoint Intermodal Center - Manteca, CA is a 250-acre planned integrated logistics center located within 5 miles of I-99 and I-5, north/south routes that extend from Canada to Mexico. The site is anchored by a Union Pacific Lathrop intermodal facility which currently services domestic traffic and achieves approximately 250,000 lifts annually.

CIC-Manteca is a one hour dray from the Port of Oakland - the nation’s fifth largest port in volume and third largest on the West Coast - handling 2.5 million TEUs annually. The Port is expanding its operations and dredging efforts will position it as a first port of call. CIC-Manteca is ideally situated to attract regional and national logistics operations as their interest in San Joaquin and Stanislaus County grow as a result of Port’s expansion.
