We see brownfield sites as unique opportunities to provide real estate solutions for customers while creating new jobs and community infrastructure. Our remediation efforts have earned us two USEPA Phoenix Awards.
Our most noteworthy projects are establishing a national model for the transformation of underutilized industrial property into new jobs, increased tax base and regional economic growth. Four projects in particular have received national attention, including: CenterPoint Intermodal Center, Ford Chicago Manufacturing Campus, the Chicago International Produce Market and McCook Business Center.
