Michael M. Mullen
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Mullen was named CEO of CenterPoint Properties in January 2005. As a co-founder of CenterPoint, Mr. Mullen served as past President and Trustee, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President Marketing and Acquisitions and Chief Investment and Development Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the company in 1991, Mr. Mullen was a co-founder of FCLS and served as its Vice President Sales with responsibility for leasing, built-to-suit sales and acquisitions since 1987. Mr. Mullen graduated from Loyola University in 1975 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He was the 2007 Chairman of NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and is currently a Trustee of NAIOP’s Research Foundation.
