Fred D. Reynolds
Senior Vice President, Development
Fred Reynolds oversees CenterPoint's industrial real estate development in the City of Chicago and central suburbs, as well as special projects related to transportation and technology. In his 17 year career, Mr. Reynolds has successfully completed the construction and/or development of over 30 million square feet of industrial/commercial properties in 70 different municipalities. In the City of Chicago alone, he has managed more than 300 acres of brownfield redevelopment projects valued at over $250 million. Mr. Reynolds earned his Bachelors degree from Loyola University in 1976. Currently he holds the Developers Chair on the Executive Committee for the Illinois Chapter of the National Brownfields Association, and is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), CoreNet Global, and the City Club of Chicago.
