Sean P. Maher
Chief Operating Officer
Sean Maher was named Chief Operating Officer in May of 2006, after previously serving as Executive VP of Portfolio Operations. Mr. Maher is responsible for the oversight of the Company's five operating regions, which includes approximately 47 million square feet of industrial property in greater Chicago. He has served as both a Senior Vice President of Investments and Development, and has been a member of the Company's Management Committee since 2000. Mr. Maher oversaw the development of such high profile projects as CenterPoint Intermodal Center - Elwood, McCook Business Center and the redevelopment of Caterpillar's Joliet Hydraulics Plant. Mr. Maher joined the Company in 1997 as Vice President of Investments and has been active in Chicago industrial real estate for 20 years as a real estate broker at CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow. Mr. Maher graduated from St. Norbert College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing. Currently, Mr. Maher is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate, is active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), as well as Corenet which is the merger of the former IDRC (International Development Research Council) and NACORE (National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives) International trade groups.
