Paul S. Fisher
President
Mr. Fisher is President of CenterPoint Properties Trust, a Chicago-based company focused on investment in industrial property and related rail,
road and port infrastructure. CenterPoint, initially publicly traded in 1993 (NYSE:CNT), was privatized in 2006 by CalEast Global Logistics, LLC,
a joint venture between the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS), and LaSalle Investment Advisors.
A founder of CenterPoint, Mr. Fisher served in the past as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of the Company.
In February 2005, Institutional Investor reported Mr. Fisher was rated by investors and analysts as one of "America's Best CFOs."
Prior to joining the Company in 1991, he held executive positions with real estate firms and investment banks in Chicago and
New York. Mr. Fisher began his career practicing law after earning his Doctor of Law degree in 1980 from the University of Chicago Law School.
He graduated in 1977 from The University of Notre Dame, with highest honors, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and was
elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Fisher has served on the advisory boards of the Guthrie Center for Real Estate Research at the Kellogg Graduate
School of Management and the DePaul University Real Estate Center. He was a director of Eagle Hospital Trust,
Inc. (NYSE:EHP) between 2004 and the company’s sale in 2007.
