Neil P. Doyle

Executive Vice President, Infrastructure and Transportation Development

Neil Doyle was promoted to Executive Vice President of the newly created Infrastructure and Transportation Development group in March 2007.  Mr. Doyle is responsible for all major transportation-related developments, including intermodal and inland port development, as well as overseeing the accompanying sourcing, marketing, leasing, construction and development activities.  Previously, Mr. Doyle had served as Senior Vice President, Development since 2005 and as Vice President, Development from 1998 to 2005. Since joining the Company in 1997 as Development Manager, Mr. Doyle has overseen the development of over 10 million SF of industrial facilities, including the CenterPoint Intermodal Center-Elwood / BNSF Logistics Park Chicago, a + $1B Intermodal Logistics Park re-development of the U.S. Army's former Joliet Arsenal Facility.  Prior to joining CenterPoint, Mr. Doyle was employed in project management at Walsh Construction Company from 1993 to 1997, serving in both the building and heavy infrastructure divisions of the company.  Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
